Jamie J Brunson will again be working with the Philadelphia Young Playwrights (PYP) at their upcoming Playwriting Retreat as a teaching artist. She, along with other theatre arts educators, will be leading small playwriting workshops with middle and high-schoolers on March 20, 2010. During each workshop, young playwrights share their scripts in small groups. Local actors and fellow playwrights are script readers. After the script reading, playwrights and actors will give feedback to the playwright under the workshop leader’s guidance. Young playwrights will leave the workshop with solid feedback and plans for play revision.
